I have some problem with dictation and Siri. PLEASE HELP ME!!

when I used dictation or Siri it's not respond me, such as when I asked Siri it's not respond me it's just said "Sorry, I seem to have lost my internet connection" but I connected it! I don't know what should I do. PLEASE HELP ME

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

YYour network provider may have blocked siris server connection. That or your networks firewall may block it. Also can you load webpages?

Yes, I can load webpage,except about dictation and Siri
