Currently, you can only setup Apple Pay if the region on your iPhone is set to 'United States' and you have a credit/debit card issued by one of the participating issuers (which are all US based).


If you can setup Apple Pay, you should be able to use it at any merchant worldwide that accepts contactless payments.
