Mother's Day On U.S. Holidays Calendar

I am wondering if Mother's Day should be displayed within the U.S. Holidays Calendar. I thought that I saw it listed before some time ago, but now it is no longer listed. Does anyone happen to know?

After looking into other holidays, none are showing on my iPhone 5s, like 7/4 or 12/25. The U.S. Holidays calendar is checked in the list to be displayed. These were always there, so I am wondering if it was the 8.3 update that affected this.

Either way, how can I fix this? I do not own a MAC, only an iPhone/iPad. I see that I cannot delete that particular calendar either.

Also, should this calendar be displayed through iCloud.com? I have my other calendars listed including "Birthdays".
