Blue screen when computer quits

Lately, my computer quits when I'm on with a blue screen. There's an error message saying there was a problem and to press a button to restart the computer. I don't know why it's been doing this, (3x so far), or what the problem is. There's no code or anything about the problem, whatever it is. Any ideas to help figure this out?

MacBook Pro, OS X 19.9.4.

A) If you are saying that the screen LITERALLY turns Blue, that is either a problem in Windows, or a truly bizarre problem not often seen on a Mac. After a crash the Mac screen almost always is black, white, or a garbled combination of your last-running Application mixed with error message text.
