How can I add Ethernet interface to network preferences ?

Hi !

I have an Mac OS X Version 10.6.8 bought in 2010.

I've removed Ethernet interface from my network preferences by mistake, and now I'm unable to make it reappear..

I've tried to add it manually but Ethernet isn't in the interface list anymore.

I've also tried to remove the Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration folder and restart by nothing happends.

Could anyone help me please ? I have really no idea how to make it work now.

System Preferences -> Network -> [+] -> Inteface: -> Ethernet

Are you saying Ethernet is not listed in the Inteface popup list?

Actually no, Ethernet isn't listed in the popup.

(Sorry if my english isn't so good, I didn't practice for a while.)
