Constrain Keyframes in Keyframe Editor

In my quest to leave Adobe behind, I'm giving Motion another go and I have a question for you guys: Is there a way to constrain keyframes to either up/down or left/right dragging in the Keyframe Editor? For Example I rotate an Object from 720° to 0° and just want to drag the 0° Keyframe a touch later without accidentally changing it's value by dragging slightly up or down.

Thanks for the help

Holding the shift key before dragging constrains the KF to whatever axis you initially drag.
