Existing Email Not Showing ios 8.3 Exchange Server

Hi,

I got a brand new iphone and upgraded it to ios 8.3 before doing anything. Then I set up the exchange mail for my company. Everything works well and the the exchange mail can log into my company server. However, nothing is showing up, non of my email (either new arrivals or old ones) can be seen in the mail application. I can use the mail application to send out email totally fine but it is not showing any of my emails.

I would appreciate if you can help me out.
