iOS 8.3 home sharing

I have set up home sharing on all my devices:

Mac Air (early 2014, Yosemite 10.10.3, iTunes 12.1.2.27)

Apple TV (3rd gen, ver 7.2)

iPad Air (iOS 8.3)

iPhone 6 (iOS 8.3)

On my Apple TV:

(=>Computers shows my Mac Air and I can access/play the library from my Mac)

I do not see the libraries from either my iPad or my iPhone

On my iPad:

(=>More->Shared shows my Mac Air and my local iPad library; I can access/play the library from my Mac)

I do not see my iPhone library

On my iPhone:

(=>More->Shared shows my Mac Air and my local iPhone library; I can access/play the library from my Mac)

I do not see my iPad library

On my Mac Air:

I do not see either my iPad or iPhone libraries in iTunes

All are on the same wireless network and there are no other networking/connectivity issues.

All devices can AirPlay to the Apple TV with no issues.

I have restarted the Airport Extreme router. I have signed out of home sharing on all devices and signed back in again.

Same results.

Is there something more I need to do in order to make share my iPad and iPhone music libraries with other devices?

Thank you.
