In setting up an Ipad, it stops saying server error?

After I enter my apple ID and PW & hit continue or next, I get a message saying server error. Please help

iPad, iOS 4.3.3, 32mb wifi & cellular

Hi Are you using a PC or WiFi ? Turn off iPad & your Router for 30Seconds . Then try again . Cheers Brian
