I have deleted all mail accounts, rebooted and reinstalled one account, still crashing, advice?

Hi You may have got a bug Go to settings Restore to Factory Settings Use same Apple ID & password then you will get your Apps & data back. Restore over your WiFi i do a Restore about every 2 months It make iPhone / iPad like new. Cheers Brian
I appreciate the thought but it did not work:( The only thing that isn't working is my mail. Besides restoring my iPad, I have deleted and re-added accounts. I technically did not find a "Reset to factory settings", I have Reset all Settings, Erase all content and Settings or Reset Network Settings, Subscriber Services" I did Reset all Settings, not Erase all content and Settings, was I correct?
