Safari reader email: entered incorrect address, how I can remove it

I do a lot of emailing news articles to myself using Safari reader. Yesterday I tried to include another person. Now it convinced that this combination is the default it should use.

On the Mac (minii-Mac, OS X Yosemite) it pretty easy to use the other one. On the iPad, It simply refuses to use anything other than the mistaken combo. I have to type the email address in again every time.

How can get rid of this mistaken combination? Right click does not work.
