Podcast cover not correct, cannot add my show

I have searched through what seemed to be the relevant topics, and still stuck.

Here is my Podcast URL RSS feed

And the error I get is this

Podcast cover art must be between 1400x1400 and 2800x2800 JPG or PNG (which it is)

And hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

Curious as to what I am not understanding here.

Please advise.
