ITunes

Am looking to add some audio files to ITunes. The file extension is .dsf. Any suggestions for converting files?

Using:

https://www.google.com/search?q=.dsf

I found:

with the must likely candidate for audio being:

Delusion Digital Sound File

iTunes is extremely limited in what it can open and there are many esoteric and relatively minor file formats out there.

VLC may be able to play it but I have no idea. VLC can convert but it is a tricky process.. If VLC won't do it there's a host of applications to be found with a web search for "os x dsf player" but I don't know if they are free and if they convert too. I have never heard of this format before this and if I got them I would be wondering if it was worth it.
