I can use it for phone but not to play music, You tube etc.

Nothing. Your Earbud likely does not support the Bluetooth A2DP profile.

I thought that might of been it but I went and checked the specs.

(Bluetooth profiles Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Wideband Hands Free (HFP) Profile 1.6 and Headset (HSP) Profile 1.2)
