Bluetooth keeps rebooting/cycling

iOS 8.3 has a weird thing with Bluetooth on my 5S.

I'll turn on the BT so that I can connect to my car or headset.

I manually connect to the receiver and the music will play and I can enjoy some good songs while driving or working.

Devices connect just fine, but sometimes the BT will "reboot" (shows the gear where the on/off switch is)

Takes about 15 seconds for it to cycle through.

Sometimes it reboots while actively connected to the BT device (this is annoying)

I've reset network settings and deleted paired devices.

Any tips?
