What version of iPhoto do you need to have for it to still work with the 10.10.3 update?

I have a neighbor who has his iPhoto set up just the way he wants and does not want to use Photos. On my system I lost the use of iPhoto completely with the upgrade, but do not care since I don't use it but he will. I have told him not to upgrade until he is sure he has the correct version to allow him to continue using iPhoto.
