macbook vibrating when charging

My macbook pro 13 inch early 2015 is vibrating when plugged in. When it is not plugged in it is normal. If i use extension cord for charger i do not feel this. Should

i be concerned? pls give me a solution

Plugged into the computer?

So doesn't vibrate ( The body of the charger?) when it's plugged into an extension cord? 3 or 2 wire?

Which country are you in. Are you at a private house or commercial hotel?

And it didn't do this when you were in the US?

Try a different outlet.
