macbook vibrating when charging

It is under warranty so bring the MBP to be evaluated at an Apple store genius bar.

I suggest using only the grounded outlet until you can get the unit to an Apple store or an AASP. I fear you may be using it in an evnvironment that has a substandard electrical system.

Which country are you in. Are you at a private house or commercial hotel?

And it didn't do this when you were in the US?

Try a different outlet.
