ATV not working

Thanks Bman. I found this about the time your replied. A problem still exists; ATV receives WIFI signal, and is able to play music from my library through the TV monitor to which it is connected. However, the remote remains useless, never bringing up the main ATV screen, and only communicating enough to cause flashing lights. Any press causes a triple flash. I have paired, unpaired, paired again, cleared the ident for the atv and re-paired etc etc. Any ideas?
