Newly updated iPhone 4 will not download from iTunes & Appstore

Hello,

Only today I upgraded the IOS of my iPhone 4 to 7.1.2, but I wish I didnt because now it wont download from the appstore or i/tunes.

When i hit download it asks for my password, it looks like its going to download, but then nothing happens...

anyone have any idea what's wrong??
