How do I get a photo album from my Iphone 5s > posted to my FaceBook Page.

I have a Iphone 5s. My 1st grandson's 1st Birthday was Yesterday &

of course I got a bunch & a half of Pic's.I managed to get them all into 1 folder/album..

Now I need to know how / what steps to take to get them posted on my FaceBook Page.

I have been having a problem since I moved to the Iphone.

With my Android I setup 15+ albums in my FB, But for some reason since I got my IPHONE I have not been able to put any new albums on > only single posts w/a pix here or there.

Any help I can get would be greatly Appreciated
