Q: Re- installing i cloud on my desk top

I think I may have deleted i cloud on my desk top and I would now like to re- install it. When I open system preferences I have no i cloud icon. When I search in spot light it sends me to apple support. I have an i cloud account on my other devices but can not find it or how to install it on my deck top.
