If all messages are being sent as text messages instead of iMessage messages, you may want to double-check that you have an active internet connection available, as outlined in the following article:

For the points you indicated - all was fine for the internet access.
And as for the link you provided for troubleshooting, that's exactly everything I did, but didn't work.
I also noticed, every contact I have that has a iphone; doesn't seem to matter, as it's always texte messages
that are sent. Then today, the iphone decided that imessages could be sent...
It's like "random' - have no idea what's happening...
