G-RAID doesn't mount but Disk utility see it ?

Hi, I have a G-RAID of 12To and it doesn't mount on any of my computer (Mac Pro 2010 or iMac 2012). It was working earlier today. On the MacPro, I get a message : Cannot read the disk and no message on the iMac. Disk Utility see the disk, I verified and repaired the disk and disk utility says me that the disk is fine. I don't understand, what can I do ?

Compressor, Mac OS X (10.7.2), 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 3G RAM
