iTunes won't download my prepaid album. It tells me I have to pay agin....

I Preo-ordered an album and I got the email giving me the link to download it. When I click it, it tells me it can't prosses the request. And wants me to pay agin.... What can I do? And I don't want to have to pay again!

iPad 2, iOS 8.2

It sounds as if you are having a very frustrating issue with pre-purchasing and item from the iTunes Store. I would suggest you contact the iTunes Store about the issue using the steps in this article -

Report a problem with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support
