Can be used the Apple Watch with 2 iPhones?

I use one iPhone 6 Plus and one iPhone 6, I just receive my Watch today and I did the setup with my iPhone 6 and everything went good.

After I turn off my iPhone 6 and tried to do the same with my iPhone 6 Plus, but I can't connect it. I Unpair the watch from my iPhone 6

but I did not find option to add another device, the only way is doing a reset to the watch and start the setup again.

Any help? maybe I missing something or the watch only can be used on the phone that was setup first?

I think that the watch asking you which phone to use when making a call or sending a message is not impractical at all.

I would think this would be minimalistic if the programming was done correctly. When replying the watch should automatically send via the phone from which the message was originated.

I'm not sure about other people's use cases, but I've had my watch now since it was initially launched and I don't use it to initiate conversations...

Hopefully dual pairing to two phones is on the horizon, because people having multiple phones (work and personal) is more than one may think.

You do not have to have two iPhones in order to use two watches. I have three Apple watches paired to the same iPhone. The watch app is smart enough to know to make active whatever one of those three watches I decide to wear for the day. I simply put it on and the first time the display lights on while on my wrist, it becomes the active watch. I take that watch off and put another watch on, the first time the display lights up on that watch, the app knows to make that the active watch. All current activity data automatically populates on whatever active watch you are wearing.

Apple did an amazing job with the watch app and they knew people would want to own more then one watch and to be able to use those watches with just one iPhone.

That's right. The watch doesn't give you the option to pair to two phones at the same time.

And if it did connect to two phones, every time you tried to send a message from the watch or make a phone call it would have to ask you which phone you wanted to use to send the message/phone call. Just about every watch app would have to ask you which phone to communicate with. This would be impractical.

They also need to add profiles to the Watch App I have 2 watches and as a result have to have 2 iPhones. It's absurd. There should be a way to pair multiple watches to one phone with the ability to toggle between them from within the watch app. Not sure how it would work in reverse - 1 watch/2 phones since thered be confusion with responses etc. but they do it with iMessage and FaceTime between shared devices so they should be able to make the watch work as well.

As a comparison, some 3rd party Bluetooth headsets can pair with multiple phones and allow switching back and forth. It would be odd to see someone wears two Apple Watches, left and right, since this person has two iPhones in his pocket. And what's the use case for one iPhone to pair with multiple Apple Watches? Just I can wear 2 Apple Watches at the same time with one iPhone in my pocket?

One use case would be someone who bought a Sport watch for casual use and the stainless steel edition for more formal occasions. Or someone who bought watches in different colors. Just because you can pair more than one watch to a phone doesn't mean you have to wear both watches at once.

Personally just so Apple can be aware, I don't mind if the watch ask me which phone to make a call or send a message. The watch should be smart enough through Bluetooth to know which phone is in range as many times I only carry one phone.

Simply have the watch ask which phone to set as default. And set up additional questions for when the 2nd phone is paired.

I know your reply is a script. But I hope someone tells development of my thoughts.
