My Ipad using airplay does not detect my PC Windows 8, so I can not use the mirroring airplay !

I don't think you can use airplay with a Windows PC, only a mac or iPad/iPhone.
But I use Reflelecor that allow me to mirroring my ipad 😕
Reflector (whether 1 or 2) is a receiver for PC. Any outside connection can broadcast to the PC via Reflector. However, to send from PC to the handheld of your choice, Reflector cannot and will not help unfortunately. As an example, I have a home cloud drive with all my content on it except my music (just too lazy to actually move it there, lol). I use iTunes on a Windows 8.1 machine and use home sharing to send my music out to my other devices. Granted 8.4 just got rid of home sharing so I am up-a-creek as it were. But jimkraz was correct, Airplay is a Mac/Apple thing only, no PC/Windows.
