Q: My MacBook Pro tries to restart automatically

Hi, my problem is that my MacBook shows unexpectedly the prompt asking "Are you shure you want to restart you computer now?" and it appears VERY frecuently, it gives me almost no time for doing anything, the only solution for me is to press Esc every time it appears, and sometimes it restarted anyway. Now, I realized that if I keep myself typing or moving the trackpad or pressing constantly any key, then the annoying prompt does not appear. I don't know what the problem is. But another very rare thing is that all of this happens let's say just one day and then it fixes itself, but the problems appears unexpectedly again some other day. Until now I've had the problem twice or three times and I can't know if it is going to appear again. I'm not sure if it is a hardware problem or software's. Some months before this problem appeared I had another problem (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6692550) that might be related to this, I let the battery run out and when I plugged the charger and tried to turn on the laptop it just showed a screen in which it asks the charger to be plugged in, although it was already, I plugged it the whole day and nothing changed, I was very worried but at the end of the day it fixed itself, and that problem didn't appear again.

Thanks for reading my whole explanation. Did anyone have a similar problem? Do you have any idea where the problem comes from?

Note: I'm using a MacBook Pro Retina, 13-inch, late 2013.
