Q: iTunes Full iPad Backup

I got an iPad Air and there is apps/music/videos etc, that have been brought under my Apple ID on my iPad. But what about apps that are not brought from my Apple ID they were brought from a different Apple ID? Would they be in the Backup and saved? I know that I can re download the apps to my new iPad (this is why I want to backup my current iPad Air and transfer the data to my new one) but the amount of time it takes and amount of data to download the application, I would like to try and avoid that way....

So does a full iTunes Backup on a Mac save all the apps that were purchased with my Apple ID and the other Apple ID be transferred to my new iPad including the save game data that app has on my current iPad??

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

    Hello, Itz_Jordan.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you have a question regarding what data is included in a backup.  Backups via iTunes do not actually store your applications.  These are stored in iTunes on your computer.  The backup will store your application data, application location and the sync preference.  As long as your computer is authorized for use of these applications, they will return along with the application data upon restore from backup.  You may be required to enter the Apple ID password that was used to purchase these applications on restore.  Here is an article that may provide additional information on the backup process.
