iCloud photos not responding

Hi,

I have an issue with iCloud Photos. Ever since downloading Photos my cold photos stops responding, i get this message Photos has stopped responding i either

reload or submit but by reloading it does the same.

It is across any device i.e. pc or mac with any internet connection speed. Whats weird items or pics sorry still upload in the background. I have contacted apple support and no joy.

I have fixed permision etc etc still no joy

Is there any additional information, when you click the disclosure triangle beside the "Details" title in the error message panel?

If there is an error log, post the first ~ 50 lines please, but no more. That might give us an idea, what the problem is.

That looks like a fatal program error in the iCloud Photos.app. It is crashing, because of reading wrong data. I cannot tell from the error log you posted, if the problem is caused by a data error from the images - corrupted media uploaded to iCloud Photo Library, or if there is a problem the Photos.app in iCloud.

Is your Safari and your Java Installation current and has been updated to the latest version?

Click the "Send to Apple" button and hope, that the developer team will quickly find the reason for this.

If you are also seeing this line in the Crash Report

IS FATAL

then the behaviour is buggy.

I am also seeing the same problem...I've sent the report. My upload has stopped working...very frustrating!!

I can't get into the Photo's app at all without seeing this error.

I have turned off my cloud services till Apple get it working

spoke with apple support today and may have a fix but must wait 30 days. they seem to think that their is an issue with the account and asked me to download all my pics from iCloud by going to an iOS device, settings, iCloud, manage storage photos and delete and download all from iCloud. basically this will download all my images from iCloud onto my iPad which is around 26gb of pics then after 30 days iCloud will complete remove and delete every pics from iCloud effectively getting rid of what ever has corrupted my iCloud photos.

i was advised to turn off iCloud library on every device mac, mac mini, iPads and iPhone. after the 30days then enable the computer first with the most images and allow to completely upload and do each device individually until every thing is synced.

In the meantime they have pushed my case to the engineers in the states to see if they can resolve their end

Wow, this is amazing. these posts go back to April. I've been in contact with a SENIOR ADVISOR who has after trying some diagnostic and ??corrective steps

referred my case to ENGINEERING. When I contact him this week-he told me I should be patient (2 months-not patient??).

My son logged into my account on his WINDOWS computer via Internet Explorer and my grandson on his MACBOOK with my account and SAME RESULTS.

I can't understand why APPLE doesn't remove this PHOTOS app on ICloud.com and fix it.

anyone have any other answers?
