Where do I find content Codes to redeem purchased software?

I Purchased OS X Mountain Lion in the app store. They sent me a license agreement along with vague instructions on how to redeem the software in the app store. They indicated that I need "Content Codes" to unlock the download. Where can I find the content Codes?
