„The Lesson Store is temporarily unavailable“
I have this message for several weeks already 😕
The lesson Store is available for me. Which country are you in?
Have you set the country correctly in the lower right corner of the Lesson store window? And checked your account settings in the upper right corner of the panel?
I am in Estonia. Maybe lessons are not available in my country?
Funny thing is, I downloaded lessons couple of years back. Now i needed to re-download them because I have a new computer. Maybe I can copy files from my old computer, then?

You can copy them over, yes.
The lessons are installed in the folder system library at the top level "library" folder of your Macintosh HD:
/Library/Application Support/GarageBand/Learn to Play/
Copy the lessons into the corresponding folder on your new Mac and restart the Mac.
