Many people using PC told me that they can't open a PDF document I sent them by email, from my MacBook Pro.
I created the document on Pages and exported it in PDF, but when people try to open it, there is incompatibility.
It's very bothering because I use it for work, and it happens almost all the time.
What can I do ?

Using what email client? If Apple Mail, do you have Send Windows-Friendly Attachments checked in the compose attachment (paperclip) dialog? That will make a difference on the PC end.
Pages v5.5.3 exports a PDF file that I can read in Acrobat Reader 11.0.10 on Windows 7. Looks just like it does on OS X Yosemite. If the PC users are using a non-Adobe application to view the PDF, then that is not on you.
You can export to PDF, or you can print to PDF on the Mac. Shouldn't make any difference on the cross-platform PDF format result.

I tried with my Live (= hotmail) one, I must try with my Gmail one. I'm really sorry but I don't understand the rest of your sentence "If Apple Mail, do you have Send Windows-Friendly Attachments checked in the compose attachment (paperclip) dialog? That will make a difference on the PC end." (i'm not a fluent english speaker).
I don't know if the problem is related to Adobe, everyone reported to me that they can't open the file, so it would be weird if no one had Adobe on their computer.
EDIT : I'm just thinking that I attach my document by sliding it from my desktop to the email, I don't know if I tried it by clicking the "attach files" icon. Is it what you meant ? If not, could it make a difference ?
In Apple Mail, the compose window has a toolbar along the top. On that toolbar is a paperclip button (attachments). When you click that paperclip button, a file dialog opens that allows you to attach a document to Mail. At the bottom center of this file dialog, there is a checkbox with text that states, “Send Windows-Friendly Attachments.” If you are using Apple Mail, that may make a difference in the email attachment that they receive.
You can use this attach button, or simply drag/drop the PDF at the end of your email body in Apple Mail. If it tries to display as a PDF document, right-click on it, and Choose View as Icon.
It is possible that your Microsoft Live account has corrupted, or packaged that PDF as an attachment in a way others cannot access it. Have you tried with your Gmail account yet?
Does it work if you export it to Word format?
I tried with Word and it worked for one of the document, the other wasn't complete ...
