I tried to go through settings on the watch to set up my bluetooth headphones (Plantronics BackBeat Fit). I can see it on the list under devices but I cannot pair it. I tried many times and it does not work. Does anyone know how I can have them paired up?

have you read the manual of the headset and put it in pairing mode as the manual instruct?
also if it have an active connection to an iphone it cannot pair with a new device
Yes I have. It was in pairing mode - flashing red and blue. I also did forget this device on iPhone before I paired it.
I have the same problem. I already updated the firmware of my backbeat headset. Still no pairing BackBeat Fit Headset to AW.
Pairing Headset to iPhone is fine.
After talking to Plantric's hotline my problem was fixed by rebooting my AW. 🙂 Pairing AW to headset is fine!
Same situation with my Ausdom bt headphones. After a Watch restart, pairing worked. (IMHO, WatchOS 1.0 is Apple's buggiest OS ever!)
Does the rebooting erase all the setting in the AW? This is a silly question but how did you reboot the AW? Thanks.
Thank you! I had been having issues trying to pair my Jabra headset and rebooting the AW worked. Thank goodness!
I Resolve it pairing the headset only with Apple watch and not with iPhone 6.
