I haven't been able to find where I can understand some of the keyboard shortcuts in the software Menu. I know command S is to save a file, but there are some more difficult shortcuts that I can't find out how to use them. I like using shortcuts to do what I need to do.

This might sound a little weird as a suggestion, but it will work. Google "Macbook keyboard shortcuts" and one of the first few links will show all of the shortcuts you could imagine, even to get an apple logo.
