Can't create a smart album by a place

Hi,

A strange issue recently occurred when I was setting up criteria for a smart album that had to contain all the photos from a particular place. Although this place is on the map when I choose "Place contains [the place]", when I hit "OK" nothing happens at all. I don't see the photos that has been marked/located on the map. I checked the functioning with other places and it worked but not with THIS place. Anybody knows where the problem lies?
