I'm trying to output WMV videos. I go and create the custom preset, use the QuickTime Export Components but Windows Media does not turn up in the Encoder Type. Did Compressor remove it altogether? Is there a way that I can add it back in?
I have already tried reinstalling Compressor with no changes.
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
I'm not at my computer. Perhaps Telestream has an update?
I'm not familiar with Telestream but I did take a look at their site, I'm not entirely sure what I should be looking for?
I'm back at my computer and the component is available and works here. Look in the root Library/QuickTime to see whether the components are in that folder.

Here is what I see.
WMV doesn't come with Compressor. It's available as an additional component from Telestream.
Do I need to buy Flip4Mac Player Pro?
I purchased the software and it worked! Now I need to figure out all of the settings, but very cool. Thank you.
