How to download all available Apple Loops for GarageBand iOS?

I have GarageBand on both my iPhone and iPad and have noticed on both devices that I don't seem to have the full collection of Apple Loops.

For example, if I browse the drum loops I see that I have Brush Train Drumset 01, 02, 05, 11, 15 & 27 loops. Now I presume that there must be loops 03, 04, 06, 07 etc all the way up to at least loop 27. My question is, how do I download and make these remaining loops available?

I have tried Restoring Purchases but it tells me there is nothing to restore and I have looked in the In-App Purchases section in the App Store and it tells me that everything is free and purchased. I'm out of ideas and dont know where else to look for these extra loops, can anyone help?
