i want to change my recovery email

i just bought a gift card and input it and yeah, that goes well but then i want to download an app and until then does it say oh you have to answer your security questions which i forgot because i made this account when i was like 10 and i dont even have access to my original recovery email and i need help on how to change my recovery email, someone help please.
