Q: my iphone 5 cant be updated. any help

my iphone 5 was out of date and it went black.

i try restarting it and is not responding.

i have been able to download the latest update but is unable to reboot the phone.

please i need help.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

    Try this:

    Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
    • Press and hold on the Home button
    • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
