Why is it so darn hard to get a genius bar appointment now? It's so frustrating! I'm going to Bakersfield tomorrow and need to ask why my computer is running so slowly!

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS 10.6.8

There are no issues in my local store, but you have posted in the wrong discussion; we only discuss Keynote issues here.

Post your question in the discussion that relates to the Mac OS version you have and you will get lots of advice from the experts there.
