I've tried to make it stop rebooting but it just wouldn't stop. I took it to a repair shop, but the shopkeeper said that it couldn't be stopped.

If they're precious, you've been backing them up regularly in the numerous free ways that Apple has given you, correct?
Put the phone in recovery mode, and restore as described in this article: (FYI, "repair shops" that aren't Apple can't be trusted.)

Apparently in Asian families there are no such things as repair shops are not trusted T^T It's probably too late though. It's been at the repair shop for a good number of days.
Apparently not in my case.
My iPhone 4 could not stop rebooting by itself, I now have no access to my phone. Any possible way to save my precious pictures and contacts?
