How do I remove unwanted cash?
I've got 10 cents left on my Apple ID and I want to delete it because I have no use and it's bugging me. Is there a way to remove it or is my only option to contact Apple?

Unless you have a credit card issued by a bank in the country that you have on your iTunes account so that you can spend your remaining balance then the only way is to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
