Cannot sync outlook 2007 to i cloud - have done all criteia advertised but no joy

I have complied with all the advertised requirements to sync outlook 2007 on windows 7 (64 bit) to icloud but it still refuses. I tunes is up to date (but my first i tunes account was in a different address - since then I have added the same id as I use for the i cloud account) - and I have installed icloud for windows and checked the appropriate boxes and applied.

still entries in outlook refuse to appear in i cloud - wasted a huge amount of time on this - grrrrrr!
