I have an old generation ipod touch 8GB with itunes version 3.1.1 and i want to get the music that is on it on to my new computer. some of the music was downloaded from websites while some of it was rippped from CDs and my computer.

thank you. i am not good with computers, i just bought a new laptop as i crashed my other one with viruses, and i get nervous having to download apps and programs. can you recommend one or should i just take a shot in the dark and give one a try.
