I am wondering why these standard Apple fonts look the same but have different names. There are other ones like it too but here is a photo of three of them.
MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
They only appear the same because the standard ANSI positions are filled with Roman characters. The actual language glyphs are part of the extended set. Such as Bangla:
Myanmar:
Tamil:

Not quite the same, but close. Myanmar on top, Helvetica Neue Light below that. The only real difference is the Myanmar English characters are a bit heavier. Helvetica Neue Regular is a bit heavier than Myanmar, and the kerning is a bit wider.
As Kurt indicated, these are some of the fonts intended for languages other than English which are installed with OS X. The total number is pretty large, and it is best not to use them for English text even if you like the way they look, because they may behave in strange ways or not be recognized by other systems.
