Apple does not accept unsolicited product ideas.

Because if anyone, at any level, sees your pitch and rejects, and then someone with zero knowledge of your pitch comes up with a similar idea and Apple uses it, you can sue them. Better to not get involved with un-solicited ideas at all.
This happens to movie/tv studios all the time.
(Now Steve Jobs would have listened to you, told you it was the worst idea in the world, stole your idea, claimed it as his and dared you to sue.)
