Speakers not working?

Heya! I got a replacement phone the day and as I usually have it on vibrate, I didn't notice until today that the sound from the speaker doesn't work? It works when I plug it into external speakers, but loudspeaker on calls doesn't work and it won;t play music... checked the usual settings but not sure what else to do? Thanks!!
