How to book an appointment

I have tried on the website/phone to book an appointment to my closest apple store. For the closest three stores it says unable to register an appointment, I tried turning up to the closest store (Brent Cross) which is still 5 miles away, and wasn't able to drop my Laptop off for repair as they were busy with appointments. They said to turn up the next day at opening to be seen, I did and wasn't.

I really would love to get my laptop fixed.

Any suggestions?

London Genius Bars are busy - I was able to push down the list radiating from Brent Cross as the radius and finally find a Store that had appointments available (no point in posting it, as they may be filled by the time you make yours)

This is my ActionFlow

  1. https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action?caller=rcon
  2. Choose Mac
  3. Choose Mac Notebooks
  4. Choose Service Requests & Troubleshooting
  5. Choose The topic is not listed
  6. Enter " blah blah " (literally those two words) > [Continue] button
  7. Choose [No thanks continue] button
  8. Choose [Visit Genius Bar]
  9. Enter ' london ' > [Go]
  10. Work down the list until you find an appointment available (I used the " Choose this Store " link below the address in the List on the left side)

London has the best Public Transport I have ever been on. Seems likely a <30 minute trip to a Store in any direction.

FWIW, I took a different path on my first attempt - https://locate.apple.com/uk/en/ - and got a no appointments message I had never seen before

Best luck
