Q: Display Rectagle Flicker Display

Hello, I have MacBook Pro Mid 2012 OS X 10.10.3.

This week, see in the screen, over the doc, small rectagle flicking, the content is like rain tv noise.

I understand that you are seeing a flickering bar on your MacBook Pro. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the troubleshooting steps in the No video or no signal, image distortion, "snow," or flickering section in the attached article.
