after verifying my installation for the iOS 8.3 update my iPhone 5s has frozen on the connect to iTunes sign HELPPP :(((((((

From your post it appears that your iPhone is in recovery mode. This means you will need to plug your iPhone into your computer, and then restore it using iTunes. For assistance with this please see the article linked below.
